# ShopWrk iOS app overview for owners and technicians

> The ShopWrk iOS app gives shop owners and technicians a mobile view of their work — from live job metrics to clock-in and assigned task lists.

The ShopWrk iOS app is the mobile companion to your ShopWrk web dashboard. It puts the most important shop information in your pocket — live KPIs for owners, time tracking and job lists for technicians — without requiring you to open a browser. The app is designed for iPhone and optimized for how auto styling professionals actually work: quickly, on the floor, between jobs.

## Who it's for

ShopWrk has two distinct mobile experiences that activate based on the role tied to your account.

## iOS-first design

The app is built for iPhone. It uses native iOS tab navigation, native system fonts, and iOS-native interaction patterns such as haptic feedback on primary actions and pull-to-refresh on every scrollable screen.

## What you can do in the app vs. the web dashboard

The mobile app is focused on the tasks you need to do quickly and on the go. For more involved workflows — building estimates, editing invoices, configuring shop settings, or managing team permissions — use the [ShopWrk web dashboard](https://app.shopwrk.com).
