Apply your shop branding to every document and page customers see. Manage it from Settings → Branding, with tabs for Invoice, Estimate, Email, Booking Page, and Portal. Each tab saves on its own, so you can customize each surface separately.
Invoices and estimates share the same logo and accent color. Updating those fields on either tab updates both document types.

Invoice branding

The Invoice tab controls how invoices look when customers receive them or view them in the portal.
Pick your brand color. Paste the color code from your logo (example #14b8a6), or use the color picker if the screen shows one. That color tints invoice headers and accents. The same color applies to estimates.
Enter a publicly accessible URL for your logo. Recommended size is 200×50 px in PNG or JPG. The logo appears at the top of printed and digital invoices.
Set a short alphanumeric prefix (up to 10 characters: letters, numbers, and hyphens) before the invoice number. For example, INV- produces INV-0001.

Estimate branding

The Estimate tab shares logo and accent color with Invoice. It also has estimate-specific settings.
Set a prefix before each estimate number. Default is EST-, producing numbers like EST-0001. Letters, numbers, and hyphens only, up to 10 characters.
When you create a tiered estimate (Good / Better / Best), ShopWrk prefills tier names and descriptions from these presets. Defaults are Good, Better, and Best. Rename them, add descriptions, or remove unused tiers. You can configure up to five presets. If no presets exist, click Use Default (Good / Better / Best) to add the standard three, then customize.

Email branding

The Email tab sets the header and footer customers see on shop email. That includes invoices, estimates, booking mail, and ShopWrk Pay payment messages. Logo, colors, tagline, and footer live here. Who the mail is from is set on Send email from your shop domain. Until that domain is verified, emails still send from a shared ShopWrk address. After it is verified, they send as your shop.
1

Set an accent color

Pick the color for the header bar and call-to-action buttons. Paste a color code (example #14b8a6) or use the picker if shown.
2

Add your logo URL

Provide a publicly accessible logo URL. The logo appears centered in the email header. Recommended size is 200×50 px.
3

Add a tagline

Enter a short tagline (up to 100 characters) under your logo. For example: Professional Auto Styling Services.
The email footer appears at the bottom of every outgoing email. You can add:
  • A custom footer message (up to 500 characters)
  • An Instagram profile URL
  • A Facebook page URL
  • Your shop website URL
Social links appear as icons in the footer.

Booking page branding

Your booking page is where customers request appointments. Customize it on the Booking Page tab before you share the link. The booking page URL is at the top of the tab. Copy it or click Preview to open it live.

Hero section

Set a hero title and hero subtitle at the top of the booking page.
  • Hero title example: Premium Auto Styling
  • Hero subtitle example: Window Tint, PPF, Ceramic Coating & More

Colors and images

Use a high-contrast background with a dark overlay so the hero title stays readable. A wide photo of your shop or finished vehicles works well.

Saving your changes

Each branding tab has its own Save Settings button. Changes apply only after you save. If you leave with unsaved changes, ShopWrk asks whether to discard them.
