ShopWrk lets you apply your shop’s branding to every document and page your customers see. You manage all of this from Settings → Branding, which is organized into tabs: Invoice, Estimate, Email, Booking Page, and Portal. Changes on each tab are independent — you can customize each surface separately.
Invoices and estimates share the same logo and accent color. Updating those fields on either tab applies the change to both document types.

Invoice branding

The Invoice tab controls how your invoices look when customers receive them or view them in the customer portal.
Set a hex color (for example, #14b8a6) to use for headers and accents on invoice documents. This color also applies to estimate documents since they share branding settings.
Set a short alphanumeric prefix (up to 10 characters, letters, numbers, and hyphens) that appears before the invoice number. For example, a prefix of INV- produces invoice numbers like INV-0001.

Estimate branding

The Estimate tab has the same logo and accent color fields as Invoice — changes there update both document types. It also has estimate-specific settings.
Set a prefix that appears before each estimate number. The default is EST-, producing numbers like EST-0001. Letters, numbers, and hyphens only, up to 10 characters.
When you create a tiered estimate (Good / Better / Best), ShopWrk pre-fills tier names and descriptions from these presets. The defaults are Good, Better, and Best. You can rename them, add a description for each, or remove tiers you don’t use. You can configure up to five presets. If no presets are configured, click Use Default (Good / Better / Best) to add the standard three-tier setup, then customize from there.

Email branding

The Email tab controls the header and footer of all transactional emails sent to your customers — including estimate deliveries, invoice notifications, and booking confirmations.
1

Set an accent color

Enter a hex color for the header accent bar and call-to-action buttons in your emails.
2

Add your logo URL

Provide a publicly accessible logo URL. The logo appears centered in the email header. Recommended size is 200×50 px.
3

Add a tagline

Enter a short tagline (up to 100 characters) that appears below your logo in the email header. For example: Professional Auto Styling Services.
The email footer appears at the bottom of every outgoing email. You can add:
  • A custom footer message (up to 500 characters)
  • An Instagram profile URL
  • A Facebook page URL
  • Your shop website URL
Social links appear as icons in the email footer, giving customers a quick way to follow your shop.

Booking page branding

Your booking page is the public-facing page where customers request appointments. The Booking Page tab lets you customize how it looks before sharing the link with customers. The booking page URL is shown at the top of the tab. You can copy it or click Preview to open it in a new tab and see your changes live.

Hero section

Set a hero title and hero subtitle that appear at the top of the booking page. These are the first words a customer sees.
  • Hero title example: Premium Auto Styling
  • Hero subtitle example: Window Tint, PPF, Ceramic Coating & More

Use a high-contrast background image with a dark overlay effect to keep your hero title readable. A wide, landscape-oriented photo of your shop or finished vehicles works well.

Saving your changes

Each branding tab has its own Save Settings button. Changes are not applied until you save. If you navigate away with unsaved changes, ShopWrk will ask whether you want to discard them.
