Your ShopWrk subscription controls which features are on, how many included units you get each billing period, and when overage charges apply. View all of this from Settings → Billing.
Settings → Billing is how you pay ShopWrk. Customer card and bank payments are ShopWrk Pay, under Settings → Payments.

Subscription plans

ShopWrk offers three plans, billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves approximately 17% compared to paying month to month.

Essential

Core shop operations and AI assistant. Includes jobs, estimates, invoices, calendar, customer portal, online booking, documents, workflow automation, and a limited AI image allowance.

Pro

Everything in Essential plus customer communication. Adds a unified inbox for SMS, email, and social DMs, calling with recording and voicemails, and an SMS AI agent that handles and closes leads.

Autopilot

Everything in Pro plus marketing tools that ship today: Site Tracker, custom email domain, email campaigns, and higher SMS and Lead Closer allowances. Voice receptionist and Meta Ads agent are coming soon.

Pricing

Switch to annual billing on the billing page to save 17% on any plan. You can toggle between monthly and annual before selecting or changing a plan.

Trial period

New shops start on a 14-day free trial. During the trial you have access to the features on your plan, but usage meters stop at the included allowance. Overages only apply on paid plans. The billing page shows a countdown when fewer than 14 days remain on your trial.
Add a payment method before your trial ends to avoid any interruption. You are not charged until the trial ends.

Current subscription

The top of the billing page shows a summary of your active subscription:
  • Plan. The tier you are currently on
  • Status. Active, trialing, past due, or another status from Billing
  • Trial. The trial end date, or when it ended if the trial has passed
  • Renews. The date your current billing period ends

Billing warnings

If your subscription becomes past due, ShopWrk shows a warning banner. Paid features stay active for 7 days past the due date. After that, the account is locked until payment is updated.
Billing access is restricted after 7 days past due. Update your payment method on Billing as soon as you see a past-due warning to avoid losing access to paid features.

Usage and overage meters

ShopWrk tracks usage for features that have per-unit costs beyond your plan’s included allowance. Each meter on the billing page shows how many units you have used, how many are included in your plan, and the overage rate that applies once you exceed the allowance. A meter turns yellow when you have used 80% of the included allowance. If you exceed the allowance, overages are billed automatically at the end of the billing period.
During a free trial, meters stop at the included allowance. No overage charges apply until you are on a paid plan.

Texting registration fees

US texting registration is billed separately from your plan. ShopWrk shows those fees on Billing when they apply. Finish the registration steps on Settings → Messaging. See Texts and calling.

Changing your plan

1

Open the billing page

Go to Settings → Billing.
2

Choose a billing interval

Use the Monthly / Annual toggle to see pricing for each interval before making a selection.
3

Select a plan

Click the plan card you want. If you already have an active subscription, Billing prorates the change. If you are starting a new subscription from a trial, you will add a payment method for ShopWrk.
4

Confirm payment

Follow the prompts to confirm the change. You come back to ShopWrk when it is done.
Only an Owner or someone with billing permission can change plans or manage payment. Other people can view the plan cards, but the action buttons are off.

Managing your payment method

Click the manage-payment button at the top of Billing. From there you can:
  • Update your card or bank account
  • Download past invoices and receipts
  • View your full billing history
  • Cancel your subscription
Canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your shop keeps full access until that date.

Custom and legacy plans

If your shop is on a manually billed, comped, or grandfathered plan, the billing page shows your arrangement but plan-change buttons are disabled. Contact ShopWrk support to make any changes to a custom plan.
