Numbers you can use now

Each of these answers a real question without exporting anything:
  • Who owes me money? The invoices list sorted by due date, oldest first.
  • Are quotes converting? Compare approved against declined estimates this month.
  • Is my follow-up running? Automations analytics shows runs and failures at a glance.
  • What did materials cost me? Inventory usage and cost reports over any date range.
The Analytics area is a preview and currently runs on demo data. Treat it as a look at the layout, not as a source of truth. Do not use its numbers for business decisions or bookkeeping.

Getting data out

ShopWrk supports CSV export for contacts and other records from their respective list views. For accounting close, most owners pull the invoice list filtered to the month plus the payments overview, and their accountant takes it from there.
