ShopWrk iOS app overview for owners and technicians

The ShopWrk iOS app covers the moments you are not at a desk: checking the day from the parts store, clocking in on the floor, replying to a customer between installs. Deeper work still belongs on the web dashboard, and this page says which is which.

Who it’s for

The app shows different home screens based on your permissions. People with owner-style access get the owner home. Technicians get the technician home. Exact access still follows your permission groups.

What you can do on iPhone today

• See today’s revenue and jobs on Home (owners and managers)
• Clock in and out with running hours (technicians)
• Review today’s assigned jobs and statuses
• Find, read, start, and reply to conversations in Inbox
• Browse, search, add, and open Contacts
• Search customers, vehicles, jobs, invoices, and estimates (view-only results for now)
• Ask ShopWrker shop questions
• Get push notifications for messages and assistant replies

Pull down on Home to refresh. iPhone only for now. Android is not available yet.

What still lives on the web

• Building and sending estimates and invoices
• The full calendar (the mobile Schedule tab is not ready yet)
• Shop settings, integrations, billing, and team permissions
• CRM pipeline work, payment operations, and inventory management
