When you sign in as a shop owner, the ShopWrk iOS app gives you a real-time picture of your business from anywhere. Your home screen shows live metrics, today’s job schedule, quick-access tiles for the most common workflows, and a feed of recent activity — all in one scrollable view. Additional tools like search, global create, and the AI assistant are always a tap away from the bottom tab bar.Documentation Index

Home screen
The owner home screen is your operational command center. Pull down to refresh any section and get the latest data from your shop.Greeting and status line
At the top of the home screen you’ll see a time-sensitive greeting — “Good morning,” “Good afternoon,” or “Good evening” — personalised with your first name. Below the greeting, an amber pill shows how many jobs are currently in the bay, and a secondary line shows how many jobs are scheduled for the rest of the day.KPI tiles
Four live metric tiles appear in a two-column grid immediately below the greeting. Each tile includes a mini chart that plots the last seven days of data.| Tile | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Revenue · Today | Total revenue collected today, with a sparkline of the past 7 days |
| Jobs · Today | Jobs done or in progress today out of the total scheduled, with dot-progress indicators |
| Pipeline · Open | Total value of open estimates and pending approvals |
| AI Agent · Today | Number of AI assistant interactions today, with a 7-day bar chart |
Today’s schedule
Below the KPI tiles, a card shows up to three jobs on today’s calendar. The card header displays the current time and highlights the job that’s active right now alongside an “Up next” chip showing when the following job is due. Each row in the card shows the scheduled time, customer name, vehicle, and a colour-coded status label. Status colours at a glance:- Amber — in bay or under review
- Green — completed or scheduled
- Red — cancelled or no-show
The Schedule tab is coming in a future release. For now, the “View full day” link is a placeholder. Use the ShopWrk web dashboard to manage your full calendar.

Each row shows the event title, a detail line, and a relative timestamp (for example, “2 min ago”).Create
The Create tab (the+ in the bottom tab bar) opens a quick-start action sheet. It lets you kick off any of the five most common creation tasks without navigating away from what you’re doing.
