Sign in with owner or manager access and Home shows today’s revenue and jobs, a short schedule preview, and recent activity. Search, Create, Inbox, and ShopWrker sit in the bottom bar.

Home screen

Pull down anywhere on Home to refresh. Home shows today’s revenue and jobs, open estimate value, and assistant activity. You also get a short preview of today’s jobs (time, customer, vehicle, status) and a feed of recent shop events from the last 24 hours: jobs created or completed, invoices sent, payments received. Tap View full day when you want the full day list. The Schedule tab is still coming soon, so use the web dashboard for full calendar work.

Quick actions

  • Contacts opens your customer and lead list. Fully working; see below.
  • CRM, Payments, and Inventory tiles are not ready on mobile yet. Use the web dashboard for pipelines, invoices and payouts, and stock. See CRM, ShopWrk Pay, and Inventory.

Inbox

Inbox is where customer conversations live on mobile. Search and filter threads, open a conversation, start a new one, and reply on supported channels including SMS and connected social accounts. The list opens on SMS by default; switch channels from the channel menu.

Contacts

Open Contacts from the quick-action tile. Browse, search, and filter customers and leads, add a contact, and open a record for profile details, activity, vehicles, notes, tasks, jobs, estimates, invoices, payments, and deals. Tap search at the top of Home. Type at least two characters. Results cover customers, vehicles, jobs, invoices, and estimates. Results are view-only for now; open full records through Contacts or the web dashboard.

Create

The Create tab (the + in the bottom bar) previews shortcuts for new job, estimate, invoice, customer, and vehicle. Those flows are coming soon on mobile. To create a job, estimate, or invoice today, use the web dashboard. On the phone, use Inbox, Contacts, and ShopWrker.

ShopWrker

The ShopWrker tab is your assistant. Ask about jobs, revenue, customers, or operations. Inside ShopWrker you can open Artifacts for saved summaries and reports.
Specific questions beat broad ones. “How many jobs did we complete this week?” gets a sharper answer than “how’s business?”

Notifications

Push notifications can alert you while the app is in the background. Tapping an inbox or assistant notification opens the related screen when ShopWrk can. Other types open the app without a guaranteed deep link. Manage delivery in iPhone Settings → Notifications → ShopWrk.
