Getting the ShopWrk iOS app on your iPhone takes a few minutes. You sign in with the same account you use on the web, and the app opens the right experience for your permissions automatically.

Before you begin

You need an active ShopWrk account to sign in. If you don’t have one yet, ask your shop owner or visit shopwrk.com.
Make sure you have:
  • An iPhone running iOS 16 or later
  • Your ShopWrk email and password, or access to Apple ID or Google Sign-In

Install the app

Open the App Store

Tap the App Store icon on your home screen or search for it in Spotlight.

Search for ShopWrk

Type ShopWrk in the search bar. Look for the official ShopWrk app by ShopWrk, Inc.

Tap Get and install

Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password and wait for the download to finish.

Open the app

Tap Open in the App Store, or find the ShopWrk icon on your home screen.
If your shop is running a pre-release version of ShopWrk, you may be invited to install through Apple TestFlight instead. Open the TestFlight link your shop owner sends you and tap Install.

Sign in

Choose your sign-in method

Pick one:
  • Email and password, for accounts set up with email
  • Continue with Apple
  • Continue with Google, if your ShopWrk account is linked to Google

Enter your credentials

For email sign-in, type your email, then your password, then tap Sign in. Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? to reset it.

Confirm the system prompt

For Apple or Google sign-in, follow the prompt. Face ID or Touch ID confirms automatically where enabled.
If sign-in fails, check that you’re using the same email tied to your ShopWrk account. Ask your shop owner if you’re unsure which one that is.

Which experience you get

The app reads your permissions at sign-in. Owner and manager access lands on the owner home with today’s numbers, schedule preview, quick actions, recent activity, Inbox, Contacts, search, and ShopWrker. Technician access lands on clock-in/out, today’s assigned jobs, hours worked, and a message preview. Access still follows your permission groups, not three fixed role names. Both experiences share the same five tabs. A search bar sits at the top of Home for finding customers, vehicles, jobs, invoices, and estimates.
