Getting started with the ShopWrk iOS app takes just a few minutes. You install it on your iPhone, sign in with the same ShopWrk account you use on the web, and the app automatically shows you the right experience for your role — shop owner or technician. There’s no separate registration and no additional setup required.Documentation Index

Before you begin
You need an active ShopWrk account to sign in to the mobile app. If you don’t have one yet, ask your shop owner or visit shopwrk.com to get set up.
- An iPhone running iOS 16 or later
- Your ShopWrk account email and password, or access to Apple ID or Google Sign-In
Install the app
Open the App Store on your iPhone
Tap the App Store icon on your home screen or search for it in Spotlight.
Search for ShopWrk
Type ShopWrk in the search bar at the top of the App Store. Look for the official ShopWrk app by ShopWrk, Inc.
Tap Get and install
Tap Get, confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password, and wait for the download to finish.
Sign in
When you open ShopWrk for the first time, you land on the sign-in screen. You can sign in with your email and password or use a single-tap OAuth option.Choose your sign-in method
Select one of the three options:
- Email and password — enter the email and password associated with your ShopWrk account
- Continue with Apple — uses your Apple ID; available on supported iPhones
- Continue with Google — uses your Google account if your ShopWrk account is linked to one
Enter your credentials
If you’re signing in with email and password, type your email address, then your password, and tap Sign in. If you forgot your password, tap Forgot password? to reset it on the ShopWrk website.
Role-based access
Once you sign in, ShopWrk reads the role assigned to your account and automatically shows you the right home screen. You don’t need to choose a mode or toggle anything manually.- Shop owner

If your account has the Owner role, you land on the owner home screen. You see your shop’s live KPIs — today’s revenue, jobs in progress, open pipeline value, and AI activity — along with today’s schedule, quick-action tiles, and a recent activity feed.See Owner features for a full walkthrough.
Navigate the app
Both the owner and technician experiences use the same bottom tab bar structure with five tabs.| Tab | What it does |

The Schedule and Inbox tabs are coming in a future release. Use the ShopWrk web dashboard at app.shopwrk.com to access full scheduling and messaging features in the meantime.
