Sign in as a technician and Home shows your workday: clock card, today’s assigned jobs, running hours, and message previews. Schedule and Create are still coming soon; this page says what works today.
Home screen
Pull down anywhere to refresh.
Clocking in and out
The clock card is at the top of Home.
Off the clock, it prompts you to start your shift. On the clock, it turns green with a running timer while the app is open.
Clock in
Tap Clock in. The button flips to Clock out and the card turns green.
Work your shift
The timer keeps counting even if you leave the app. Your shift records on the server.
Clock out
Tap Clock out when you are done. Your hours save automatically.
If the card says you are clocked in at another shop, switch back to that shop from the account menu before clocking out.
Clock corrections happen in the web dashboard by someone with permission. Get mistakes fixed the same day so payroll stays clean.
My jobs today
My jobs today lists every job assigned to you today: scheduled time, customer, vehicle, and status.
No assignments today? The card says so.
Assignments come from your shop on the web dashboard. Missing a job you expected? Ask your manager.
Time tracking
The Time card shows two numbers:
A progress bar fills as you approach a standard 40-hour week.
Messages preview
The messages card on Home previews recent conversations: sender, snippet, and how long ago. An unread count appears when something is waiting.
Inbox
The full Inbox tab works today. Search and filter conversations, open a thread, start a conversation, and reply where the channel allows it.
Create and Schedule
Create (new job, estimate, invoice, customer, vehicle) and Schedule are coming soon. Check My jobs today on Home for assignments, or use the web dashboard for the full calendar and for creating records.
ShopWrker
The ShopWrker tab opens the assistant for questions about your jobs, customers, or operations. From inside, open Artifacts for saved summaries and reports.
“What are my jobs today?” or “What’s the status of the Johnson job?” gets better answers than vague questions.
Notifications
Push notifications can reach you while the app is closed. Tapping an inbox or assistant notification opens the related screen when ShopWrk can.
Manage delivery in iPhone Settings → Notifications → ShopWrk.
