When you sign in as a technician, the ShopWrk iOS app gives you a focused view of your workday. Your home screen shows a clock-in/clock-out control, all the jobs assigned to you today, a running count of your hours, and a preview of your most recent messages — everything you need to stay on track without needing to open the web dashboard. The bottom tab bar gives you access to the schedule, a quick-create sheet, your inbox, and the AI assistant.Documentation Index

The clock-in/clock-out card is the first interactive element on your home screen. It shows your current shift status and lets you start or end your shift with a single tap. When you’re off the clock, the card shows a neutral status with a prompt to start your shift. When you’re on the clock, the card turns green and displays a live running timer showing how long you’ve been clocked in. The timer updates every minute while the app is open.Tap Clock in to start your shift
The button at the bottom of the card changes from Clock in to Clock out and the card turns green. A success haptic confirms the action.
