After you create your account, ShopWrk walks you through a short setup wizard before the dashboard. You confirm business name, location, services, and team size. After the five setup steps, pick Light or Dark, then you can chat with ShopWrker to set prices, or skip and do that later under AI. If you leave mid-flow, ShopWrk saves your progress. Return to the onboarding URL and you resume at the last incomplete step.

The setup wizard

The wizard has five steps. Each one takes under a minute.
1

Confirm your shop name

Confirm or set your shop’s name.Type the name, or use Find your business on Google. If ShopWrk finds a matching Google Business Profile, it prefills name, address, phone, and hours for the later steps.
Searching Google here is optional, but it can turn the rest of the wizard into a quick review instead of typing everything by hand.
2

Enter your shop's location

Enter street address, city, state or province, and postal code. ShopWrk uses this for your booking page, invoices, and local settings. If the welcome step already pulled your address from Google, this step is skipped and you go straight to Confirm to review what was imported.
ShopWrk supports US and Canadian addresses. Select the correct country so the postal code format validates.
3

Review your shop details

Review the summary: shop name, address, phone, website, and hours.Edit anything that looks wrong. If you imported from Google, fix details that did not come through cleanly.
4

Choose what you offer

Select the services your shop provides. ShopWrk uses this to seed your catalog and defaults.Select at least one service to continue. Add or remove services later in Settings → Services.
5

Select your shop's size

Choose the option that best matches your team:
  • Just me
  • 2-3
  • 4-6
  • 7-12
  • 13+
ShopWrk uses this for scheduling lanes and team defaults. After onboarding, invite people from Team → Staff. Email, name, and phone are required. Phone becomes their Work Phone for this shop. Team also has Schedules, Timesheet, Access, and Payroll Prep.Click Finish setup to complete the wizard.

After the wizard: theme and ShopWrker

After the five steps, ShopWrk may show a short product tour. Click Skip tour if you want the dashboard now.

Theme selection

Choose Light, Dark, or System (follows your device). Change it later in account settings.

Set up with ShopWrker

After the theme step, ShopWrk introduces ShopWrker. A short chat can help set pricing tiers, estimate templates, and the customer portal.
Spend a few minutes with ShopWrker now if you want pricing and templates filled in for you. Otherwise you will set those under Settings later.
To skip, click skip for now on the intro screen. Open ShopWrker any time from AI in the dashboard navigation.

Migration from another platform

If you are moving from Urable, Tintwiz, Orbisx, GoHighLevel, or Square, look for the Migration step in onboarding. It walks you through importing existing data.
Data migration is a one-time import. Review the migration guide for your platform before starting so you do not create duplicate records.

Team roles and permissions

Services catalog

Add pricing tiers, packages, and add-ons to your service catalog after onboarding.
